At the agritourism Sovi we are committed to enabling you to savour the best of Ladin and Tyrolean cuisine with fresh and genuine products produced on our farm for the most part. Kaiserchmarrn (diced sweet omelette), apple strudel, spinach ravioli, dumplings with goulash, tutres (a type of pancake), ravioli filled with spinach and various meat specialities are just some of the specialities which we serve in our agritourism.

Our animals provide you with eggs, milk, butter, bacon and meat of our own production, while in the summer months, most of the vegetables, herbs and fruits that we use in the kitchen hail from the locality.

Our agritourism offers half board accommodation and upon request it's possible to ask for a packed lunch.

We serve our mountain breakfast from 7.00 until 09.00 with homemade farm products such as butter, fruit spreads, elderberry juice, yoghurt, homemade cakes and fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, Koffee and tee, chees,
