Conditions

Prices charged are per person and night in a room with bath and toilet.
The price doesn't include the local tourist tax of €1.40 per person/night. Children up to 14 years are exempt from this tax.
Different rates apply to stays of less than 3 days.
Sauna is not includet in the price.
No pets allowed.
In case of early departure, the agreed arrangement remains payable.
We are not yet equipped to accept credit card payments.
Payment in cash or by bank card only.
Travel cancellation in accordante with Art. 1382 ZGB
At least 30 days before the agreed day of arrival the hotel contract can be cancelled without a cancellation fee. The cancellation must be made in writing.
In the case of cancellation off less than 30 days until 14 days before the day of arrival, 50% of the agreed price will be charged.In the case of cancellation between 14 days before the day of arrival, 100% of the agreed total price will be charged.
If you should cut short your stay we will charge for the days of solida taken.An additional 1005 of the agreed price for the days of solida not taken will also be charged.
Please let us know in good time if you have to cancel your solida.
To avoid cancellation costs for health orother reasons, pleasetake out insuranceof your choice.
For a double room for a single use,30% more is charged.
